I would say I'm happy at my current body fat level so as you mentioned i think for now I'm gonna be looking at bulking, eventually I'm gonna be doing both which is why i mentioned...
I'm in two minds at the moment whether to bulk now then cut later or cut now and bulk later, what are your thoughts on which would be more productive or which worked better for you in past...
