was out of the country all week and had zero access to internet! I'm glad to be back though and am continuing to work hard toward my goals :) I hope everyone is doing great!!!
I am definitely in for this!! Last contest i had to drop out because my gf and I were going through a speration :( but now I am good and am down 60 lbs with another 30-40 to go :D
went out of town for the first part of the week for work and did a couple cardio sessions int he hotel but other than that still not feeling like I'm giving all I can. Gym today.
I can't believe we are onto week 4 already... I have to kick it up, things are starting to level off in my life I hope... we'll see how it goes down! KEEP IT UP!
