    what happens if i do 1 exercise only ?

    ok for example ..

    i have biceps for today ..

    i only do dumbbell curls .. 10 sets

    or for abs only crunches .. 10 sets

    what would happen ?

    working out in cold/hot places

    ok i do running in my place but its so COLD .. 10 C

    im freezing .. but i still jog for cardio .. if i do it in a cold weather is it fine ?

    i dont gain weight :(

    !~no supplements at all ..~!

    i EAT like HELL .
