where is everybody getting their gym wall banners from? Searching on amazon is just not cutting it, only ones i can find are the banners of your favorite sports team. any ideas?

consume a good preworkout meal containing some complex carbs for energy. I like sweet potatoes or rice. You will have more energy to power through your lifts. At least that's my experience. And...
@Bfuller433 - do a light jog for, say, 5 minutes or so. (or just jog a couple of laps to get loosened up) that's what i do. Along with some light stretching if needed.
what does your water intake look like? Your body tends to hold water if you're not getting an adequate amount of it. Also i'd check your diet for anything that may be causing inflammation...
