How much do you squat, bench, and deadlift?

I would remove one pushing movement from each push day for balancing purposes. Other than that it's pretty good. What is your progression and resetting/deloading protocols?

Is it your lower back? If you're lucky it's just inflammed vertebrae. When that happened to me I went to chiro for a few sessions and didn't lift for 2 weeks, then was fine....not the worst that...
