you should bulk but still eat clean just up your caloric intake, you can actually loose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Check youtube for videos about it I'm pretty sure scooby has one.
Have any of you taken the surgery to get it fixed? I'm considering it, but then I wouldn't be able to lift(a bookbag) for over 6 months. How much muscle would I loose? Are there any products to help...
Any reason you need to get down to 8%? I also would say you're in that 10-11% range, hard to tell for sure with that pose though, need to be relaxed to get a better idea
