thanks, thats more along the lines of what I thought.....so a clean bulk with stronglifts just to get a good base would be a good idea?
gyno surgery a few years back...you really think I'm 25 though? I would have thought something like 20....I'm only 165lbs at 5'11, I couldn't possibly cut anymore than that before bulking.
