That's a weird reply. You didn't say "are you caliglow?", you said "are you from the misc?". surely the normal reply to that would be, '"wtf are you talking about" not "that's not me, hehe ;)"
It's easy to judge but unless you have experienced the same things you shouldn't. The brain is so fukking complex and can fuk out (especially with psychotropics) to the point...
