Hiit is overrated
All the carry variations are good.
At least you have some knowledge and experience. Can increase strength a lot in 4 months off a low base.
Prefer mornings. Shake, salt and water and some music. Rather have a beer at night.
Depends what high reps is. I view high reps as 18+. 1 to 5 low. 6 to 17 mid range. I rarely go above 18 unless it's push ups.
Farmers carry device better than hex bar as you can do suitcase deadlifts and carries as well as two arm deadlifts.
