depending on how long you will be in egypt just get a bigger bag less clothes and more supps.

i do cardio in the mornin cuz your glycemic levels are almost 0
however i know that when you sleep your body goes into a catabolic state
so to counter that right before i do cardio i take a protein...

i would buy some bulk mono and a good multi vit

take a dose before and one after

Take the multi vit in the mornin with breakfast and again in the evening with dinner
as for the creatine you could try size on its a good solid product also i'm a big fan of just straight creatine...

i like to take my white flood on an empty stomach then wait about a half an hour before i take in my carbs also
you should add a multi vit animal pak is good and ON makes a good one

all I am sayin is when i was startin out all i heard stuff about was BSN so I tried it thought it was good but then I tried some actuall supps and not just sugars water cuz thats what it seems like
