does this work the same with the bench as well? cause last time I checked I benched 90 kg for treble and to switch things up a bit I benched on the smith machine. just managed to get 80kg for a rep....

ya bro. I would of course prefer to use free weights but I have the ****tiest gym on the planet. haters gonna hate. continue squatting in the smith machine if you want, you gonna get bigger wheels...
probably just a placebo effect but in reverse. you feel cause you stopped taking them you cant work out as good, therefore: not working out as good. what you think?
