    Generally not a good idea to eat RIGHT before... it depends on meal size, tho. You need enough time for the food to get out of your stomach otherwise you might get stomach upset or nausea, etc.

    Personally can’t do plain Cheerios unless I add some banana or use whey as the milk. Honey Nut are awesome tho :)

    I do like the Life cereal tho, even the basic one.
