Long story short and almost a week later I am back.
I am at about 20% of myself at the moment.
I went to gym on Mon and did legs. Went today and did upper.

I had a major hurdle yesterday. My daughter was unconscious when I found her in bed yesterday. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I haven't thought about the gym once.
