1 day late with posting (weighed myself yesterday though but didn't have internet access) Anyway christmas so i didn't lose as much as i would've wanted but still, a loss is a loss =)
I eat 85% dark chocolate (low-ish sugar/high fiber ones) most days (not all) around 20gr (1 row), don't see why you can't eat it everyday. Whole bar a day is a bit too much IMO though
