    I've been learning for about 3 months and started...

    I've been learning for about 3 months and started at 145 and now I can clean and jerk about 225 PR'd two hours ago.

    started three months ago and once I got the form...

    started three months ago and once I got the form down I got up to 200 lb clean and jerk as a freshman
