Pre-Kaged is the real deal. I only use about 85% of a serving size because a full scoop gives me the shakes, and it still powers me through heavy workouts.

In to try White Flood even though I think you guys goofed by adding creatine

Looks like a solid profile. Since some of the caffeine is dicaffeine malate, what would the total amount of pure caffeine be at 2 scoops? 320 would make my heart explode.

It was the nectar of the Gods. I would try the new white flood but I'm not a fan of creatine in pre's.
