I find if I'm somewhere, say a waiting room, no phone, nobody to talk to, I could get bored but I close my eyes and just think, it's surprising the thoughts that come to mind when not distracted....
Too true, It does require the right mindset to keep motivated when older but if you have that it's such a feel good factor. Still being able to do physical demanding stuff I was doing 40 years ago is...
