I think instagram is much better for Weightlifting, because most lifts take less than 15s. It just makes it a quick and easy way to see Weightlifting.

You just need a standard year long program. One that starts with GPP, moves to some hypertrophy, strength, power/speed, taper, etc...

No, he's back up around 105. But it seems to be mostly muscle from being back to training.
