    Too fat to continue bulking?

  • I put on 7lbs then stalled and can't eat anymore...

    I put on 7lbs then stalled and can't eat anymore but lifts are still going up. Incline bench went from 185x12 to 225x8 so I'm happy with that.

    Resting heart rate elevated on leg day?

    Never really payed attention to it but after doing legs today (4 hours ago) my heart rate is in the 90s just sitting where it's normally in the 60s anyone else have this happen?
