It looks fine...i do a split that goes like chest, back, shoulders repeat, arms and abs everyday, and resting on mondays...it feels way better than any other workout ive been doing and i do a lot...
its pseudoscience and placebo effect, its not legit for anyone. just dont go over 2-3 times a day and you wont have any problems
buy some dumbbell handles, a few plates, and an ez bar. also get one of those door mounted pullup bars

Bench press pyramid up to max, then dropset back down

i think vaccines are generally a good thing (though sometimes i would question what is in them) but i really dont give a fukk what you choose to do regarding you or your child's health
