personally...i like both but when it comes to working on your arm stability i'd get on the DB's plus you can really isolate it more with the DB's but i'd mix it up if i was you!!

i use it knee wrap just right below my Knee (duh) that's coz because my ACL is startin to hurt when i squat but it works for me..i think it keeps the pressure off but i started to use the belt and...
