It took 3 weeks for the ache to go for me so maybe taking it easy for a little while may help your recovery.

I have no pain now at all after 5 weeks, and glad that coincidentally I'd overtrained...

I didn't get 'overtraining' until it hit me - yawning mid work-out, no energy, form failure.

It's been a real wake-up call for me as I thought I was getting right sleep/diet/no injury so thought I...

Most foods have a lot of nutritional info on the back - I'm a bit OCD on C/P/F ratios and get 95% of my data from labelling.

My mental maths has got a lot better recently too :)
