I go 4 sets of ten reps either db curls or ez bar curls
then go 4 x 10 preacher curls, heavy until failure and then assist with my other hand
then go 4 x 10 with cable curls lower wait until arm...
Man that was tough. I was 1000 calories under. I think that's a trend. It's true...there are no hardgainers, just undereaters. Tomorrow will be a better day. Protein was just about right on though.
