you've got some good mass man, and your not even that fat, id say your around the 16% mark. Just eat at those calories for 2 weeks, if the weights dropping, stick to it.
If what your eating right now isn't making you gain weight, and you add this amount of cardio on top of your daily routine, you'll lose the fat in no time. I just don't think you'll be able to handle...
