    However I wouldn't use slow eccentrics for any hypertrophy reasons, more soreness for no gain, a controlled eccentric should be plenty.

    And have a 2nd hip hinge with the single leg work on day 4.

    530 is probably a solid 15-20% weaker.

    You want something challenging though, close grip hook lying bench....
