Thnx man, I recently hit 90×10, and 90 for 7 and 80 for 16 as on camera PBS at a bodyweight of 71 kgs, I also hit at 70 kgs shoulder press for 18 and 80 for 8 on camera, progress going great
Not saying its ideal but I doubt I'll get injured cause my form is pretty decent

I'm 15, lifting for almost 2 years now. My best incline bench is 85 kgs(about 190 lbs) for 15 reps,(flat back, no excesive arch full rom), 100 kg deadlift for 30 repetitions(bit of rest between reps)...

Well to be fair I didnt actually row it, used a calculator, got 50 reps with the heaviest dumbell available at a hotel gym(24kgs), dont have a video of it rn, but soon will be getting new heavier...

Yup gotta work on my bench form a bit tho cause I got long arms so sometimes I dont completely touch the bar to my chest when I go above like 10 reps, other than that yup my lifts are full rom
