I usually workout during lunch (during the work week) so I just make my shakes the night before and throw it in the gym bag. I usually do Protein+creatine (pre & post)

I forgot to also say White Flood mixes almost instantly which was also a big plus after trying the other brands. SuperPump Max, the On Amino Energy didnt mix for crap.

I ordered the Juicy Watermelon and it tastes pretty decent (wasn't expecting this to taste good at all but its tolerable). Most of all though, it really works! I did get some tingling and slight...

The green magnitude is great and you wont get the water bloat like you may with mono. Animal cuts is another one to look into.
