I see that a lot of the amino acids like aspartic acid can be really bad if eaten by itself. Like DAA can be bad for liver enzymes. what about leucine?

I see. So it is all about leucine. How come people don't just by leucine supplements and add it to their diet?

Very heavy to me is 365 LB paused squat 1-2 seconds, and 275 x 10 in volume sets.

Currently, I do facepulls, chest supported shrugs, chest supported rows, reverse flys machine.
