you should be able to notice the strength difference when you do the lifts. Just keep doing dumbbells and make sure you lift even. You will only be able to move up weight if your weaker one is ready....
...give up. you posted a dumb post to the OP that obviously has knowledge. "strong # post"...is a stupid repetitive put down on here and you misused it...it's okay to be in the wrong sometimes
Nothing that any one says here is going to advise you on your growth of height. I have not grown any taller since I was 16. 4 years.... so if I'm going to keep growing until i'm 25 or 21 like some...
It helped a lot for me. I switched from it now because I didn't want to work legs 3 at that intensity any more. Do it for a while until your body has a nice base
