Did you read this? The author is concerned about the question marks he sees in the DAs case and thinks it’s “selective prosecution” - none of which is discrediting what I said. At all.

It was a solid case, they just lost. Notice I’ve never said I’m certain of a conviction in this case, just that people too quick to dismiss it should keep in mind the DA thinks they will win.
