Agree with hazelmist8's training regime, ACL is a gruesome injury, my brother got one still hasn't recovered properly and keeps getting injured time and again

Depends on your training regime. Look for some professional advice as they would know better what you should and should not do
Consult a doctor first, then start a training regime as per prescribed by a professional or your coach
Start the power and agility training programs asap and then move towards the other aspects
