    Started lifting 24 weeks ago, started benching 37kg, now my 1RM is 91kg (200 pounds) @ 73kg and 38yo, been sick for 2 weeks so slowed me down, aiming for 100kg by end of Oct.

    The thing I have tried is the forearm straps, well they are tennis elbow straps actually, they work well when lifting, I am back to 80% of my previous weight while wearing these.
