Yeah I understand but im just afraid like when i am increasing of all size of muscles in general, my trap difference would be more noticeable you know?
I wish that was the case but...im pretty sure my right is stronger than my left....since i am a righty and its stronger than my left in bicep curls and yeah...

Im not entirely sure about that..im pretty sure when i barbell shrug they do even amount of work or maybe my right trap which is the smaller one pulls it a lil more.

Hey guys i have a little problem with my symmetry, for some reason my left trap is bigger than my right!!! Even though my right is my dominant... are there any ways to correct this? i dont think...
