So I started using my fitness pal for my iPhone and ipad to track calories, etc.
If it gives you a caloric goal for maintaining, losing, etc., if you workout, it gives you
MORE calories to eat...

Used to have 167 lean mass/58 lbs fat mass
Now I'm at 177 lean/47 fat.

Wow...10 lb muscle increase and 11 lb fat decrease. :)
