    Just did the math on my bodyspace. Used to have...

    Just did the math on my bodyspace.
    Used to have 167 lean mass/58 lbs fat mass
    Now I'm at 177 lean/47 fat.

    Wow...10 lb muscle increase and 11 lb fat decrease. :)

    Not too shabby!
