    I think you just need watch out what you eat. You will lose a lot of weight once you not eating a lot of junk foods.

    Try lift heavy 4-8reps and do 3-4set. Example If you can lift 100lbs 8reps, then do 120lbs for 6reps, 140lbs for 4reps.. etc.
