Didn't follow any program for this meet as such. I squatted & benched twice a week & dead lifted once a week.
No special diet either just ate whatever.

I walk around at about 208lb & cut to 198 for meets. I have a small bone structure & small legs haha.
GPA Worlds will be massive as all the top Russian guys are coming...
Haven't been on here in a while but have still been training/competing.
Last weekend I lifted at CAPO Australian Nationals where I went 760kg @ 90 kg (1676lb @ 198lb) including a 750lb deadlift....
Thanks guys. Probably doing the CAPO Deadlift Comp in December where I'll be shooting for a big PB.
