Go for a lean bulk ,choose some 5x5 fullbody program like icf and do it for a year. If you do it right you will probably gain size and look leaner at the end of the year. Aka newbie gains
Haha I have pretty much the same problem. 1-2 years ago my left arm was much weaker,now its pretty much the same in strength,but the difference in size between them is still about an inch or so.
5'9 17 yo 167 lbs unflexed, can easily see 2 rows of abs if i flex and there is a good lightning,if no cant see anything:D lifts5RM: Bench 225lbs, OHP 130lbs , Squat is only about 180 lbs chicken...
So what about my diet? I eat about 1200 calories per day,wanna lose all this ugly fat finally :D i was about 215lbs 1 year ago and lose it cause of diets,i was going to gym but didnt lift...
