I really enjoy the change inn the weather this time of year. I will miss the little ones in their costumes

AS the weather gets colder, my fitness routine gets modified as I do more bicycle riding outside, more firewood cutting and I travel south to play softball tournaments!

Still working out of my home gym. Currently on the road playing ball in Utah. Heading to Summit Fitness here in a few - gyms open. What keeps me motivated - the mirror!

Still have a few softball tournaments left so, as always, I am in kick butt mode. Starting October I will get back to heavier weights and more leg work. Just finished playing softball tournaments in...

Got 2 softball tournaments in so far, sadly they keep cancelling.
Got a bunch of firewood cut and split so far.
Still planning on the major tournaments in October.

The Kansas turkey I shot a few weeks ago hits the grill and then it is training time as thew following weekend is our first softball tournament of the year.

I am so ready to hit a softball over the fence and then celebrate with teammates!!!

Luckily I have a home gym plus I have been out in the woods turkey hunting. On warmer days I have been also bicycling and hitting softballs off a tee as games are still shut down.
