I TEND TO DO THE SAME AS WELL,but white flood is the only one that doesnt "not work" after a while,although i do have to take 4 scoops sometimes,which i know is not good,most of the time i either eat...

like several have said,everyone reacts different to every pre w/o....what works for some dont work for others,White Flood is the best ive ever used
