Today was an off/cardio day. Went to the gym planning to do a light swim 500 yards or so. ANd well lets say I felt so good I did 1300 yards. The time was somewhere around 26 minutes. I lost track...
Weight:183 Been pretty steady around this weight which is good trying to drop some fat and add lean mass and feel that I am accomplishing that to some extent.
The last 3 workout posts were from last week as the dates indicate I have been pretty busy and fell behind. All those numbers were written down so they were not from my memory
