Honestly, in college, I more or less ate when I wanted it. I kept the weight off with brute force (ie heavy lifting and lots of cardio, plus my campus was ridiculously large).

Id rather do it...

I think it would be itneresting to work out in a college gym in a foreign country.

wow I just looked up the pH of honey.....it certainly is acidic with a pH between 3.4 and 6.

You really dont want to be getting into diuretics. None of them are really all that safe, and I certainly wouldnt want to **** with something as crucial as EBAL.

I should add, its hepatotoxic if you dont mind your liver. With proper precautions, Ive seen a couple pre/post liver function values that don't indicate any damage.

oh its definately hepatotoxic and definately requires PCT. Was legal, now banned.
