i bolted them onto a par of 5lb champ oly plates i had laying around

about 1/4 inch bigger around the rim compared to my 45lb standard plates

not anymore bounce than what we have on the biggole hampton bumpers that they have at my highschool but i have the psi lower that normal

it doesnt have gas in it it also has a whole drilled in the top to load water/sand/metal for extra weight
