dude i had shoulder surgery last year with a torn labrum and debridement and then i re tore the damn thing 7 weeks post op, and just had a full anterior...

7 months today post op shoulder surgery.
Had it repaired, then almost re-injured it but just now gettin up to like 80% intensity at the gym and it's feelin pretty good.
