Hi all, I'm looking at doing a 2 day split, but at the moment I can't afford gym fees, and can only do very basic lifts... ie. so only Barbell/Dumbell/Bench exercises and no squats.

you can ban yourselves form certain websites when you know you have to work out or get school work done. Or alternatively, limit yourself to say, only 1 hour per 24...
