The Tongkat Ali here is mixed with coffee and tastes damn good... there's so many brands available on the market... sometime i wonder if they really put the tongkat ali in the mixture cos the plant...

The doc told me that my trap (shoulder) muscle is torn pretty bad. He said to take 2 weeks rest before going back to the gym... Should i? Cause i'm itching to go back to the gym asap!!!
