Btw don’t sear. Simply place on a rack in a baking pan and bake. It comes out perfect and crispy. Plus you can save the bacon grease.

There isn’t much of an actual recipe since it starts with only flour and water. It’s the time and effort to constantly feed it daily, multiple times depending on amount, temperature etc.
