Thanks for the replies...when I say healthy and unhealthy eating I mean I eat fruits and vegetables and what not...NO I do not limit what I eat at all lol I'm averaging over 3,000 calories a day...
I read other posts about people trying to gain but my situation is different...I'm almost 32 and I keep losing weight without even trying. I'm 6'3 and today I only weighed 168lbs...I used to be...
So I'm new here but not new to lifting. Not sure if this is a good area for this thread but I'll try. I'm 6'2" and 168lbs no cloths. I'm tall and really skinny, I can't gain weight to save my own...
