Well i have this machine from InBody in the gym that generates the report. I have gained 10 lbs since i started gym again and reached bf % from 15 - 19 in 2.5 months.
I started at 15% body fat and today found out i am 19% now:( My goal is to gain 10 more lbs, should i consider reaching 20% alarming and control my diet.

I think 2k calaries are not enuff, add some more. If you are working really hard you wont go over 20% anyways. I started losing fat while i am gaining lean muscle at the same time.
