I cannot find ezikiel cereal any where from where I live, does anyone have any more popular names that I could have instead for my mornings? I am wanting a cereal, not oatmeal.

I know cottage cheese is supposed to be pre bed but would it be ok to have a shake before bed and have the cottage cheese earlier in the day for the protein part of my meal? Thanks!
