5'6 146 31 years old if that matters. (started at 212 plus had a 54 pregnancy gain after loosing weight/over last 3 years so do have some loose skin)

Have a dexa on Monday, last bodpod was a mess...

I went from 212lbs sz 20 to 150lb sz 10, maintained and lifted for a while and then gained 54lb with a complicated pregnancy. Was 204 when I had my daughter, by 14 months post I was 134lbs and...

I had one hospital tell me their dexa tech said you couldn't do body fat from a dexa scan... smfh

212-137 with 54lb weight gain in the middle with a pregnancy.

Bod Fat was bodpod tested at 22.4% around the 10m stomach pic. Going back for a follow up in 6 more weeks.

Can't wait to try out some more supplement options.

I have been emailing and calling and can not seem to find a place that does dexa scans for body fat testing on for osteoporosis screenings with R/X from a DR.

Is anyone who is on here from...

Trying to figure out if the bodpod I got was way off or if it seems reasonable. Looking at pictures I feel I am a lot larger then the bodpod number says but after loosing 75lbs my vision of myself...
